What they came to us with
School gates run on paper lists and recognition. At dismissal, staff are matching children to whoever turns up, under time pressure, with no reliable record afterwards of who collected whom or who authorised it.
the approach
What we built
SafePass turns the handoff into three quick steps at the gate: scan a guardian or staff pass, confirm the authorised person against the linked student, and record the handoff with a timestamp.
The result is an attendance and dismissal trail that holds up after the fact, built to stay fast under the load of an actual dismissal rush.
